The government is committed to raising awareness among vehicle owners, drivers and repair technicians to encourage them to take responsibility for reducing noise. With this objective in mind, the Transport Department and the Environmental Protection Department have, taking accounts of comments received from various concerned parties, jointly prepared the captioned leaflets.
