Dear Fellows and Members,

We are pleased to inform you that HKIOA are offering 50% sponsorship to our members for the event, 9th Cross-Strait Acoustic Conference “第九屆海峽兩岸聲學學術交流研討會議 - 城市噪音污染與人為的聲景格局變化”, to be held on 11-12 August 2016 in 澳門市澳門科技大學. You are cordially invited to join the delegation team and participate in the conference. The sponsored registration fee is HKD$750 (50% registration fee subsidized).

Attached please find the detailed programme and information regarding the accommodations and transport to the meeting venue. If you are interested, please email the following information to Mr. William FUNG at william@apacba.hk by 15 July 2015 (Fri).

1.       Reply form in the attachment;

2.       HKIOA membership no.;

3.       Email and contact telephone number;

4.       A crossed Cheque of HKD$750 to “Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics Limited” mailed to Hon. Treasurer, HKIOA, G.P.O. Box 7261, Hong Kong.
