Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting

Dear Fellow/Member,
On behalf of the Committee of the Institute, I cordially invite you to our 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, 31st May 2023, at the Grand Ballroom II, 1/F, Crowne Plaza, Hong Kong Kowloon East (3 Tong Tak Street, Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon, Hong Kong) (MTR TKO Station).
Registration for the AGM shall start at 6:30 pm. The dinner shall start at 8:00 pm. The charges for the dinner shall be HK$ 200 for Members (all classes) and HK$ 1,000 for non-Members, and reservation is required.
Agenda for the 2023 AGM:
- To confirm the proceedings of the last AGM on 25th May 2022 [the draft proceedings could be viewed at https://hkioa.org/post_detail.php?Id=331]
- To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman
- To receive the Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer
- To appoint an Auditor of the Institute for 2023/24
- To elect Committee Members of the Institute
- Any Other Business
If you would like to nominate candidates to stand for election for the posts of Committee Members, please complete the attached nomination form and send it back to us by email to admin@hkioa.org on or before Wednesday, 24th May 2023. Late nominations will NOT be accepted.
