Notice of HKIOA Annual General Meeting cum Annual Dinner 2026

Dear Fellow / Member,

 

Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

On behalf of the Committee of the HKIOA, I cordially invite you to our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled at 6:45 pm, on Tuesday, 19^th May 2026, at the Silverbox Ballroom,  Hotel ICON, 17 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

 

The AGM shall start at 6:45 pm (Registration starts at 6:30 pm) & the dinner shall start at 7:45 pm. The charges for the dinner shall be HK$ 300 for Members (all classes) and HK$ 1,000 for non-Members, and reservation is required. Please register for the AGM and/or dinner through the Registration Form (here), AND tender payment for the Dinner to HKIOA via electronic means**. 

 

 

Agenda for the 2026 AGM:

1. To confirm the proceedings of the last AGM on 16^th May 2025 [the draft proceedings could be viewed at (https://hkioa.org/download/AGM-Proc/2025%20AGM%20Draft%20Proceedings%20(20250721).pdf)]
2. To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman
3. To receive the 2025 Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer
4. To appoint an Auditor of the Institute for 2026/27
5. To elect Chairman and Committee Members of the Institute
6. Any Other Business

 

If you would like to nominate candidates to stand for election of the post of Chairman & Committee Members, please complete the attached nomination form and send it back to us by email to admin@hkioa.org on or before Tuesday, 5^th May 2026. Late nominations will not be accepted.
